One for the Girls & The Gays: Pride Fest 2026 Comedy Showcase

After selling out venues across Sydney and Melbourne, One for the Girls & The Gays returns for a special one-night-only Pride Fest event on June 4 at Ginger’s at The Oxford.

Co-created by comedians Jess Fuchs and Nick White, the cult-favourite lineup show was born in 2023 from a desire to showcase the best queer and female comedy talent in Australia. Since then, the show has quickly grown into one of Sydney’s most beloved live comedy nights, selling out major venues including The Comedy Store.

Now landing at QTOPIA Sydney’s Pride Fest, One for the Girls & The Gays brings together a stacked lineup of comedians, musicians and chaotic personalities for an electric 80-minute showcase celebrating queer and female voices.

Hosted by Jess Fuchs (@JessFuchs), known for her razor-sharp crowd work, bold storytelling and high-energy stage presence, the lineup includes comedian and pianist Brendan Hancock, digital comedy sensation Jake Howie (@JakeHowie_), internationally acclaimed comedian and musician Jackie Loeb (@JackieLoeb), rising comic Mariah Nickolas (@MariahNickolas), charming stand-up John Glover (@JohnGlover.net.au), and bold, witty performer Lily Starr (@Lily.Starr.Comedy).

Combining stand-up, music, crowd work and complete unpredictability, One for the Girls & The Gays has become known for its chaotic energy, inclusive atmosphere and genuinely joyful celebration of queer and female performers.
